Necklace broke after less then a month and a half. I contacted customer service and they said the warrenty expires after a month and they can only offer a 25% off a new order. Why would I want to order a new one when the necklace broke after less then 2 months. Was only warn a few times and the jewel that allows you to see the picture fell out. Company says there is no way to fix it…. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered over a month ago and received an email today that my order is JUST about done and I need to allow 5 more business days after it's done for shipping. I do not recall being told, prior to ordering, it would take this long. Now my graduation gift is not on time. I have no idea of the quality of the item yet, but the time for production and shipping is REDICULOUS!!!

I love the Keychain I received. It was more than what I expected and i received it earlier than expected... the customer service was so good and I received fast response when I contacted them.

This place is a scam they have an F rating from the BBB and are an unclaimed an accredited company do not allow them to steal your money they won’t return it! It was supposed to be a very sentimental Mother’s Day gift and they don’t tell

Took a while to get here but my wife loves the dog paw pendant with the image of our dog, lovely idea and keep sake. If you don’t mind waiting , it’s worth it

I ordered a necklace for Christmas in October. I did not hear anything and in December I emailed them. When they emailed me back I was told that they were trying to get ahold of me for a while and could not get ahold of anyone. They also said that the picture I had sent was to blurry and would not turn out in the necklace. I did not have a single missed call or email from the company but I sent them a new photo. They emailed back and told me that picture was good. Middle of January the necklace finally came in. The picture that was in the necklace was the original that was "too blurry". Two times in this order the company lied to me. I will never order from them again. Terrible customer service!

Love my necklace!!

I ordered my necklace December 19. On January 18, my necklace was out to be shipped. On January 22, my necklace got delivered. I love the necklace, and you can see the picture clearly. If you have glasses it might be more difficult to see clearly, but it will be there.

Awful. Waited months for this to arrive and it is impossible to make out the photo.
There's even a note attached saying the photo is best seen through a camera lens!!
A joke.

I order 2 necklaces on 12/10/2020 for Christmas gift. I waited until the day before Christmas day see i will get it. I was wrong. I gave them more time, i thought delays was due to holidays. Today is 01/12/2021 still did not received my Necklaces yet. There no phone number for to call. This website is "FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE" don't order from here.

So I ordered the custom photo necklace on November 22, 2020. It is now January 1st, 2021 and I have yet to receive the product. They claim they need 25 days for customer orders and then claim 3-5 day shipping. I live 4 hours from Chicago, where the product shipped from. I'm not mathematician, but I believe it's been a bit more than 30 days. Even with covid and holiday delays, I gave them ample time. On top of that, I signed up for tracking updates and received four (!!) Texts saying the package would be on time once it left the origin facility. "On time" was supposed to be 3 days ago and now I have stopped receiving updates. I contacted customer support and Daniel said "We're sorry you feel that way" and proceeded to blame USPS even though the package didn't ship within 25 days and the 3-5 day shipping is guaranteed by them, not they delivery service. Bottom line is Wear Felicity is a shady company that over promises and under delivers. Certainly the last business they get from me and I would urge anyone to shop elsewhere, not worth the hassle.

Company is terrible. I ordered my girlfriend a necklace on December 1st for Christmas. It’s now the 30th and it hasn’t even been shipped. I will never buy anything from them again. They already give themselves a 25 day window to make a crappy necklace that probably takes 10 minutes to make.
